Literacy Activities

• Talk about the sounds that “I” makes.
• See if you child can find the I on the cover of each of the Ice Cream Books you read.
• See if your child can think of any other words that start with “I.” Iguana, igloo, inchworm, instrument, insect, etc.
• Draw bubble letters Ii and have your child put stickers in the open space. This is good for fine motor skills as well.
